Jim Hutcheson has been a top producer over the last 30 plus years in Real Estate sales in the Springfield, MO area. Larry Lipscomb

Larry Lipscomb is a Springfield, Missouri native. In 1993, he was the principal involved in developing Chesterfield Village, a 120 acre mixed use development in southwest Springfield. Larry, serves on the board of directors of both Hickory Hills country club and Cox Health systems. Larry and his wife Tracy have three children, and his hobbies include golf, travel and photography. Richard "Dick" Stange

Raised on a farm in the Logan Rogersville area and had extensive experience in the beef cattle industry while also maintaining the many farms the family had in the area. Graduated Logan Rogersville High School in 1976. Graduated from Drury University in 1981 with B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management. These studies were completed through the highly acclaimed Breech School of Business located within the Drury campus. Became the youngest Operations Manager and also the youngest Regional Sales Manager in the history of Pepsi Cola Bottling Group based out of New York, NY while working in Houston TX from 1981 through 1984. Received the “Franchise Of The Year 1985 and 1986” award from Pepsi Cola Corporation for the Pepsi Cola Franchise located in Park Hills MO. Servicing a large portion of Southeast Mo. Received “Largest Per-Capita Increase” from Dr. Pepper Corporation in 1986 for the Dr. Pepper franchise in Park Hills Mo. Built and operated Tradition Inn, Spokes Pub & Grill, and Tradition Inn Conference center from 1987 until 2005. Received many honors including Farmington Mo. Citizen of the Year in 2000, and also Missouri Restrateur of the Year 2002, Southeast Region. Operations Manager for EAS Investments in Springfield MO. Overseeing the day to day operations of the three Hampton Inns and Hampton Inns and suites from 2005 through 2007. Completed two major refurbishments and increased ADR and Room Revenue by over twenty percent in that time. Currently live in Sparta Mo. With wife of thirty years, Debra G. Stange. We have two children, Robert 27 of Minneapolis MN. and is with Target Corporation and Mae 26 who is married to Daniel Kirkpatrick and they live in Columbia MO. while he completes Medical School at the University Of Missouri. My hobbies include bicycling on my road/race bike averaging about 100 miles a week. I also enjoy gardening and enology and anything about vineyards and wine grapes. I have had an interest in real estate since my early days on the farm that then included the commercial end as we bought and sold parcels of land for a new soft drink facility and also for our Motel/ Restaurant business.
